What would it take to make an Atheist believe in God?

I was stumbling and happened to stumble on this site. It basically asks what it would take to make an Atheist believe in God.

My answer, as an Atheist is evidence. Evidence that a God exists or ever existed. There is none, at all. The bible proves nothing either, all it proves is some loony wrote a bunch of nonsense a long time ago and people got brainwashed (which is what religion is all about, brainwashing you to believe their views and only theirs). If someone can post hard evidence that God exists then I’ll gladly change my views about God, and I don’t mean your prayers got answered because that doesn’t necessarily mean divine intervention, it means coincidence.

I’d like to hear your views. What would make you believe in God (if you’re an atheist)?

Tom Cruise and Alien bunker?

“Tom Cruise is allegedly planning to build a $10 million bunker underneath in preparation for the end of the world.”

It’s a shame that a good actor is getting sucked into the cesspool that is Scientology.

“The ‘Top Gun’ star, who is a devout follower of Scientology, is said to believe evil intergalactic ruler Xenu will attack Earth and so has designed a place to hide underneath his Colorado mansion.”

I’ll give it up to Scientology, they are indeed good at brainwashing people. To believe that is like believing God and Satan will one day come to earth to fight. Religion is bogus, it’s all about brainwashing you to believe their views and only theirs.

If you had 24 hours to live, what would you do?

If you had 24 hours to live, what would you do?

I would;

  1. Spend time with family.
  2. Donate money.
  3. Smoke lots of weed.
  4. Spend time with my girlfriend and friends.
  5. Kick back and relax for the remaining hours.

What else is there to do really? I would like to do much more but 24 hours just isn’t enough time.

Imagine. Use your head a little.

Imagine one day that a portal opened in front of you. For whatever reason, you decide to step through it.
You find yourself in another world, everything is different, everyone speaks another language.
You begin to learn the ways of this world. It’s everything you’ve ever hoped for.
One day you meet a person. This person shows you more of the world than you thought you knew.
You and this person fall in love. You promise to spend every day of the rest of your lives together.
You know you will love each other forever.

Suddenly you awake in your own bed, your old home, your old life.
What you previously experienced was real, you know for a fact; There is photographic and material evidence.
You are haunted by the person you once knew. They speak to you in dreams.
You begin to forget specific events. Other memories seem to be permanently engraved in your mind.
Eventually you move on with life, carrying out your day to day tasks with a half smile.
You resign to the fact that this other world may be forever beyond your reach.
And perhaps it’s for the best. Such a fantastic world can only be one of dreams.
And the heartache of loss echoes deeply.

Days and days go by.
Years go by.
You never forget the love or the sadness caused by it.

Without warning, the same portal appears again. You can almost hear the voice of your former lover.
And your heart trembles with the freshly awakened feeling of impending loss.

Would you enter?
